Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) are shipped the same day on business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

MiniScent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers.
