Delivery & Returns Policy

At MiniScent, we make sure your order is shipped as fast and safely as possible.

Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) are shipped the same day on business days.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your package.

We work with reliable carriers such as PostNL and DHL to ensure safe delivery.

You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will offer a replacement or full refund. In these cases, return shipping costs are covered by us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days before the money appears in your account.
